Ringmore collects the information described below when you submit the website form or quiz and when you use the site. We use it to respond to your request, understand the business need you described, measure site performance, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Categories collected: identifiers and contact details; business and professional information; service-area and marketing-planning information; your message and contact preference; submission attribution information; and limited internet or other electronic network activity data.
- Sources: you provide information directly in the form or quiz; the site records limited attribution information associated with a submission; and Google Analytics records limited usage information when you browse the site.
- Purposes: handling your request, preparing a marketing-plan discussion, maintaining the form workflow, measuring site use and performance, preventing misuse, and meeting legal obligations.
1. Who operates this site
Ringmore operates ringmore.co and this Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website.
2. Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to enter in the website form or multi-step quiz. Depending on the fields you complete, this may include:
- name, business email address, phone number, company name, website, and service area;
- industry, market, current marketing activities, advertising-budget range, goals, services of interest, and any optional details you provide;
- your preference for email or phone contact and your agreement to be contacted about the request; and
- the page submitted from, referring page, and campaign-attribution parameters included in the page URL, such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier, when present.
We do not ask for payment-card information through this site. Please do not submit information you do not want us to receive.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics may collect limited usage information, such as pages viewed, interaction events, referring source, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from IP address. We configure it to measure site use and performance; we do not use it for personalized advertising or audience-building.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to receive and respond to your request, understand the business context you provide, prepare the next-step marketing discussion, operate and secure the form workflow, measure site performance, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you choose the optional scheduling feature, Calendly processes the booking information involved in that choice under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. How information is disclosed
We use service providers to operate the site and process submitted requests. Vercel provides website hosting and serverless infrastructure. Supabase stores form and quiz submissions. Google Analytics processes limited website-usage information to provide analytics reporting. These providers process information to provide their services to Ringmore.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our users, or others. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention and security
We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to requests, operating the site, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that Ringmore maintains about you, subject to applicable law. To make a privacy request or ask a privacy question, use the website contact form and write Privacy Request in the optional details field. Please state the type of request and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. California privacy notice
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, as well as the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights. Ringmore does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit an applicable request, follow the process in Section 6. Authorized agents may submit requests through the same form, and we may ask for proof of authorization and verification as permitted by law.
9. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the site, use the website contact form to request its deletion.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the site’s information practices change. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
